I dont have a lot of experience in buying a house or working with a real estate agent. My first two houses were commercial builders. Tommy and his team had to deal with sporadic ideas of what we wanted, what we were hoping for, expectations of the process without knowledge, and with a limit of homes that fit what we wanted. Tommy knocked it out of the park and found us exactly what we needed. We had other wants but this is exactly what our family needed. He did virtual walk throughs, listened to Saturday morning panic calls, helped us to understand every part of buying an older home and what to expect moving into the woods from 115° Texas. Could not ask for a better experience or agent to help us find our home. We may never move but he will help our kids find houses and we'll recommend him and his team to everyone.
